I chose these music magazines to deconstruct because their genre (rock) is similar in the conventions to the one i picked (drum and bass), with the grittier atmosphere and common conventions. Also these magazines because they are both in the rock genre with a loyal following but they differ in style in the genre showing the complexity of this single genre.
